THE BIRTH OF FIRE FEST CAMPMEETING

Randy and Amy have parked their bus and called Pastor Ray & Kathy’s side yard home for several years when in Florida.   On this one particular day, Randy went to the bus to lay down and rest.  Ray and Kathy went to town to pick up her sewing machine.  Unbeknownst to Randy or Ray, God gave them the same vision at the same time. To Randy laying on his bed and to Ray driving down the road.  Once they put their heads together and realized what God had done….Fire Fest Campmeeting was born!  With only 3 months to plan the first Fire Fest was pulled together in what used to be Ray and Kathy’s donkey pasture.  Complete with a nightly bon fire, roasted hot dogs & marshmallows and even a fish fry.  God has seen us through some amazing changes and he continues to amaze us with his plans.  We have gone from the donkey pasture to the mall.  We have brought in some great artists and groups.  We’ve seen God do miracles, change lives and refresh people.  Maybe you will be the next Fire Fest Campmeeting testimony.
